聚焦微生物来源的活性分子,系统揭示其生物合成机制与生理功能。在此基础上,一方面,开发高效生物催化元件,利用合成生物学策略重构代谢途径,实现高值活性分子的绿色制造;另一方面,深入挖掘其在疾病与健康中的应用潜力。
